This group has discussed the issue of Co-evolution of ICTs and organisational forms. We are interested in exploring how to achieve new organisational forms supported by studying discourses (rich languages) both as means to enable individual variety and restrict it. 

For this purpose we will produce stories (for example: about football) and the group will analyse them:

• First, it will analyse what poor languages are required for individuals to create rich languages.
• Second, what rich languages require other rich languages to create new rich languages.
