I work as consultant and have been using Stafford's work since 1994. Most of my work involves organisational structure and decision making. I work with Diane Bowling in a wide variety of organisations from multi-nationals through to SMEs.
I have a very long standing interest in how organisations work (or don't). I came across Stafford's work while doing an MBA at Aston in the early nineties and was seduced by it. I became a consultant as a direct result.
As well as my real work, I do a bit of academic work - odd courses in systems and game theory for the MBA course at Manchester Business School and a bit of suppoprt work on VSM for the OU - both of which are good fun.
